The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a very very nice area, adjacent to the riverfront area with a walking trail. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. - the location of the property was favorable and absolutely perfect - at a short distance from a history museum.

Raj was most helpful in straightening out the dates of stay. Somehow, I managed to book a room for incorrect dates and with his help, I was able to change dates to correct ones and there was no penalty for doing this. The folks at Booked.net and Raj worked together and kept me advised and it all got straightened out perfectly.
I liked everything about this stay. Again, thank you Raj for your help.

It was a nice place in it's day just a little dated perfect for young families though and convient.
This isn't a Gay friendly hotel the reception area was supprised when I told them I wanted a king bed for me and my partner and they aske was I sure, and the room had a strange smell when we walked in and was very humid i'm sure because it was poolside.

I enjoyed the hotel, it's quiet and the location is ideal very close to many restaurants. The room I booked was huge and newly renovated with a fan and many updated features, as for instance as expected.

Convenient check-in and the option for a late check-out 😊. The room was on the budget side, but it still had two comfy queen beds and a relaxing Jacuzzi. Additionally, we enjoyed a hot breakfast. The place had a great location, being close to downtown and just a stone's throw away from Two Rivers Mall.

My daughter and grand baby were there for my sons deployment. We were impressed so was my son. He came over with his family to swim. It was really nice. There was a large area by the pool, open area. That could have a indoor play area. We had to take little ones to the park. Other than swimming an TV nothing for kids. But out all around experience was GREAT. We will definitely stay again when we visit and will recommend. The staff was very friendly. Thanks
Since its family oriented it could use a in door play area for small children. TV and swimming was not enough to do for a 14 month old. We did find a park.

A small and peaceful hotel with friendly staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, made our stay enjoyable.

I liked that the staff was very friendly. I was by myself with my ten-week- old and two-year-old, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. When seeing me trying to juggle my kids and all my luggage, staff members always asked if they could help me with my bags. I also liked that they had an indoor pool with waterslide.
As a mother of young children, my first concern was safety. Upon arrival I noticed a young woman loitering outside the hotel, talking on a cell phone and peeking into windows. Later that evening I went to the mall, and when I came back, she was still there, several hours after my arrival, still peeking in windows and talking on her phone. There is a bar inside the hotel, and I could hear people coming out of the bar and yelling profanities as late as ten o'clock at night. The pool was in the center of the hotel right outside the rooms, and the gate is only locked when the pool is closed, so mothers with young children need to keep a close eye on them to be sure they don't escape the room as they could easily drown themselves. Also, since the pool was not contained in a separate area, the hotel in general felt very musty, and on several occasions I wondered if there was mold present in our room.

This was a great hotel! I did see negative reviews regarding cleanliness and decor but I'm assuming this was before the remodel. Were there some things that could have been Painted better? Yes. Did that affect my stay? No. There was an indoor Pool and an amazing breakfast that was complimentary every morning. The beds and pillows were really comfy and our accomadations were very clean. This isn't the plaza, so don't expect luxury, but you get what you pay for and this was a great value and had great features. I would definitely stay here or reccomend it.

The hotel is clean and luxurious. The staff, from the desk clerks to the maid staff, are cooperative and the best. The bathroom is clean and the room is a great size. The location is favorable and ideal for business or an extended stay near Fort Campbell as well as a soccer tournament. The check-in process is easy.

My children loved the pool and the slide for the pool. They had a blast The staff were friendly.
We did not like the smell of the room. As soon as you opened the door to the room the smell which was not pleasing to me but may have been to others took your breath away. My children even complained about the smell. It was like they were trying to cover up smoke or some other smells to which I don't want to think about. My first instink was to leave but the room wasn't nasty and if you could deal with the smell then it wasn't horrible. We had gotten in late and didn't want to drive around looking for another hotel. It was an older hotel and of course needed some more updating. We came in for a funeral so it was ok for what we needed it for. We will not stay there again because of the smell of the room.

Great location, convenient and well-maintained place. The service here was on point! Plus, we were able to snag a late check-out for free, which was a pleasant surprise. 🌟
